They are also connected out of Hong Kong and on the same subnet.  Not
exactly a smart location for primary DNS for a DNS service nor smart to
keep both ns1 and ns2 on the same subnet.

When assigning NS records for a domain, make sure the nameservers are
geographically diverse and in a sane location for your target market. 
Also, while two (2) NS records are required for a domain with most tlds,
it is often best to have as many as you can support.
