Hi there,
We have done, literally, hundreds of employment/recruiter websites.
Those types of issues haven't come up as secure issues with our in-house
solutions--I know that some places like Bullhorn will place their
materials on a secure server, but ultimately, I think it is up to the
applicant as to what they feel comfortable sharing.
I would recommend that the client not make any of those particular items
required, with the exception of the contact information.
That's just my $.02.
