[thelist] Q on frame borders

I have a site (www.torres.ws/cbs) that is comprised of 4 main frame sets...
-----------------------------
| | | <- 'B' has a sub-frame set
| A | B | of 2 panels
| |---------------------|
| | |
|-----| |
| | D |
| C | |
| | |
-----------------------------
Frame 'D' is the main display area.
You will notice a slight ridge running down the C/D border and across the
B/D border.
This is deliberate.
The problem comes in when you hit the EDIT button on panel B2, this ridge
disappears when a new sub-frameset page is loaded.
This is *not* what I'm looking to see happen.
I *really* what to keep that ridge.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can keep it? Minus the use of graphics?
Thanks
Walter
