XForms 1.0
W3C Proposed Recommendation 01 August 2003

Having an understanding of programming concepts and scripting will
definitely help you produce better xhtml & css code (something wysiwyg
html editors have never done well). Programmers should be embracing
the new markup technologies. XForms is going to alleviate the most
commonly cited problem with HTML forms: a dependency scripting languages.
This dependency results in complex documents that are difficult to maintain.
XForms should provide 20% of functionality needed to avoid 80% of all forms
scripting.
