[thelist] [OT] Mozilla Mail Newsgroups?

Greetings :

   Sorry for the OT, but I noticed that one some emails from the list, 
Mozilla adds a Newsgroups: evolt to the preview screen, and to others it 
doesn't.

   Anyone know (a) what causes this (b) can you filter using this info?

    Perhaps your work uses a HTTP proxy for all incoming
    and outgoing transactions.  If so, you will soon find
    that most of these are restrictive and won't allow
    access to POP/SMTP/FTP etc. ports.

    A solution is a program called desproxy, available
    at sourceforge. It acts as a TCP wrapper for all
    communication, and allows you to use FTP (Passive only)
    IRC, POP, SMTP, and programs that are SOCKS5 compatible.

    Using this program, I am able to use Mozilla mail
    to check my email, instead of having to port
    everything through the likes of yahoo mail
