Trisha,
Try re-cutting your top image up, it looks as though it could be much more
simple, cut the link portion up and put them in the top row, then cut the
rest and put them in a second row. I took a screen shot, cut them up this
way and put them in this table:

<table border="0" width="775" cellpadding ="0" cellspacing="0"
align="center">

<!-- #1 top row with links here -->
<tr><td bgcolor="#ff0000" colspan="3" width="775"
height="25">Links</td></tr>

<!-- #2 top row with banner image here -->
<tr><td bgcolor="#0000ff" colspan="3" width="775"
height="100">Image</td></tr>

<!-- #3 top row with OKC Wedding Guide text here -->
<tr><td bgcolor="#00FF00" colspan="3" width="775"
height="40"><center>Oklahoma City, OKC Wedding Guide, Planner, Wedding Ideas
& Directory</center></td></tr>

<!-- #1 Left Col here -->
<tr><td bgcolor="#CCFF00" width="125" height="400">Left col links &
images</td>

<!-- #1 Center Col here -->
<td bgcolor="#990000" width="525" height="400">Center col banners and
text</td>

<!-- #2 right Col here -->
<td bgcolor="#CCFF00" width="125" height="400">Right col links &
images</td></tr>

<!-- #1 Bottom row with banner and text here -->
<tr><td bgcolor="#0000ff" colspan="3" width="775" height="100">Bottom Row
stuff</td></tr>

</table>

and it worked out fine, you'll have to adjust this table layout for height
and width but it should work, email me if you need more assistance.
