It doesn't look very together lots of different style and unconnected 
boxes jostling for attention on a single page.

Not helped by the fact that it's very different layout in IE, Firebird and 
Opera. - all different "errors"?

Not sure what else to say, hard to see what you're trying to say as there 
are so many unexplained menu's and links.

I guess I'm saying it would benefit from some structure?

in firebrid the tabbed box has scroll bars and the tabs are dislocated the 
right hand menu's don't touch and the featured software box looks out of 
place.

In Opera it's all horribly dislocated.

in IE it looks like I guess you meant it to look but still very disjointed 
design-wise.
