Chris,

Blindly trying to fix a bug is tiring, for sure.  Been there a couple times
and found that workin blind really stinks.

The shortest path will be to get on the client machine and test--one way or
another.  If you cannot physically sit in front of the machine during an
attempt to replicate the issue, then look at using PC Anywhere, VNC, or TS
to get into the box.

Other factors to consider include firewalls, routers, and other network
attributes.  Perhaps see if the client will swap the physical connection of
the two machines and see if the problem is with the machine or the physical
network location.
