I'm looking for a bit of free software automatically upload via FTP the
output of my webcam (watching a building site!)..... ideally with review 
ability

Currently use tacky "Easy Free Webcam" :) which isn't

ALSO recommendations on a >800x>800 resolution USB webcam that
ideally comes with a stand that could be mounted on a vertical surface to
precisely hold the cam better than self adhesive velcro
