[thelist] animated gif file doesn't play in IE6

I'm having an issue with animated gifs not playing in my IE6. I can't
for the life of me figure out why, if its just my IE6 or what.

Here is a test page:

Under the main heading of the page is a rotating logo with all the
providers. It starts with AHS American Home Shield. This does not
rotate for me in my IE6. If I load the page in NS, it works just
fine.

I've tried opening and re-exporting these gifs out of image ready and
there is no change. This seems very strange.

P.S. No, I didn't design these rotating logos nor come up with the
idea. ;)
