Using AOL 7 (Win2K) I was able to add the item to my cart. I also had
my firewall, cookie blocker and ad blocker all enabled, and those are
the usual culprits when sites don't work for me. There was a few
second delay after clicking the button and getting to the cart.
Perhaps the customer is a little impatient and kept clicking submit?
