Easily done if they'd like that. One line of CSS.

There are plenty of pages that scroll on the original site (800x600, which
is what it appears the original site was designed for)
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/packetind.htm
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/pulpit%20supply.htm
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/PSVMinutes/Minbase.html
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/council%20minutes/psv%20council.htm
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/2002_meeting_schedule.htm
http://www.presbsciotoval.org/directory/PSV%20Church%20Index.htm
Heck, even http://www.presbsciotoval.org/ itself
However, since the premise is that the current site is in need of an
overhaul (even looking at those URLs is a disaster. The more you look at
it, the worse it gets), here's the question:
Where do you draw the line when it comes to scrolling? What do you do to
minimize it? I have changed a few pages (locally) to use two or three
columns, but I'm still open to ideas for the main page.

ps - What's more interesting is that the site has been modified since
2003-12-19 when (supposedly) there wasn't anyone still working on the
site. Perhaps they were on through 12/31. If I get the position, the
first thing I'll look to do is change the password on the account (kind of
like changing the locks when you get a new apartment).
