XE.com (http://www.xe.com/) offers a daily email of the rates.  I signed up
a few months ago and found that they haven't missed a day (yet) and that
they haven't sold my email address.

While you cannot use the email for commercial uses, it'll get you started.
I believe that they do have paid service that you can use for commercial
purposes.
