Is it possible to create attractive, accessible forms with css and
fieldset
elements? Can predictable results be obtained in modern standards
capable
browsers? . . . Anyone have any resources or examples to
share?

Check out Shirley Kaiser's WebSiteTips.com. Shirley uses styled forms
quite a bit, and as I recall, she's got some good linkage to methods,
caveats, examples, etc.
