[thelist] Google Question

It is a commerce site. The products will be the same but the emphasis will 
be on different product lines.
ie two sporting goods sites
the first being skiland.com which focuses on skiing and scubaland.co which 
focuses on scuba. Both will have the complete inventory on their sites and 
have navigation to both product lines.
I can not change the IP, so I guess it will be the content.
