Oh, yeah! Try this from MacroMedia:
Free Mailwasher. This free program allows you to read your messages directly
from your server without actually downloading anything other than the text -
so no worry about downloading big attachments or viruses. It also marks out
spam, chain letters and other mail scurf. (We have no affiliation with these
people, we just like the program.)
