[thelist] Web spell checkers

We use IE Spell. See www.iespell.com

It only works from MSIE browsers, but the support and quality seem pretty
decent. This solution is only helpful for your own organization, because
it's client-side. We looked a little at doing something server-side, but
didn't find anything obvious (and it really seems like it's better handled
at the client). The nice thing about getting this is you can spell check
anything you do on the web--IOW not just for your own applications.
