[thelist] Safari background image to tall for window

In Safari 1.0 (I don't have Panther, so I don't have 1.1) if you have a 
background image that is taller than the viewport, it gets pushed up 
vertically so that it will fit in the viewport. Is this a known bug? If so, 
is there a workaround other than trimming the image?
