We need to get some software that will allow us to programmatically
create .gif files that will contain dynamic pieces of text.  Anybody got
any recommendations?  Free is good, but not absolutely necessary.  It
needs to run on Win2k and be accessible from homemade apps (either ASP
pages or VB apps).  Kinda like when you sign up for a Yahoo account
these days and they show you a .gif with some characters and ask you to
type the characters into a text input box.
