[thelist] missing </html> on Mac IE

Thanks!  I was just thinking that maybe Mac IE 5 might have problems with
the weirdly-commented </body> and </html> tags.  Thanks for checking.

I've been slammed the past week or so, I didn't see this until today.  I am
able to view it on Safari 1.2, IE 5.2.3, Firefox .8, and Opera 6.0.3, and on
Mac OSX 10.3.2 (Panther).  It displays as a test box with the number 1 in
it.
