Hi,

I assume you are talking about the ATI Mobility Radeon 9000? If so, then
this is possible. You need to have an OS that can do this though (or
additional software). Windows XP (and I believe Windows ME) does this
out-of-the-box.

As Adrian mentioned, the video card needs to support this internally (by
having the ability to create two buffers, one for each screen), but pretty
much every video card made for laptops in the past 3 years has that support.
I used to have one the earliest ATI cards to support dual monitors, and that
was released mid-2000.
