Doug Isenberg has a site http://gigalaw.com/ that has a lot of good
information.  He does IP law, but I must warn you that rates are high when
you work with "real" law firms.  Especially ones with a specialization.

I don't know if your issues are domain related, but you might have some luck
getting free help from the EFF (eff.org) if your case is interesting.
