Yes that's true of CGI. But AFAIK the nice thing (well, one of the nice
things) about it is that it lives in just one process, regardless of how
many hits come in -- xworks.exe runs all the time, sending requests via
xworks.dll which calls your programme. (Someone please correct me if I'm
wrong!)
