Yes.

But as I said I'd uninstall and re-install Apache because the gaps in  
Program Files and Apache Group will give you headaches at some point.

make a copy of htdocs, then uninstall and re-install custom and choose  
c:\ as the install directory.

you then get C:\Apache2\htdocs  which will be better in the long run.
