That's exactly the sort of service I've come to expect from Sun.  I've
known them for about fifteen years (though I haven't worked with them
much in the past few because I haven't worked in the past few years!) and
they've always been excellent.

Hear, hear!  The only Linux company that's ever come close, in my
experience, has been SuSE.  I shoot for that level with our company,
Web-Folio (http://web-folio.net).
