[thelist] DB Update via web

Hi all,

I need to allow clients to update a DB via the internet. I have a MySQL 
table, "client_data", with 3 fields, "dns_name", "text1", "text2". Does 
anyone have a site that I can look at to learn how to do this or, better, a 
sample page? I am certain that I could figure this out in some number of 
hours but getting a boost would realy make my day.
