Ahh, but you're opening another can of worms.  A lot of hosts that
provide .asp charge more.  A lot of hosts charge more for extra
bandwidth, hard drive space, mailing lists, more odbc connections, cron
jobs, and on and on and on and on...

It's hardly fair to say that "typically, hosting packages which do offer
ColdFusion processing cost more" when packages that allow for any degree
of non-static content, well, could potentially cost more.
