[thelist] Automatic href update [static pages]

good evening from lithuania :)

i've recently read this great article "Cool URIs don't change" written by
Tim Berners-Lee. And I started creating url's without file extensions.
The problem is that dreamweaver doesn't recognize them and though if I
change the filename Dreamweaver doesn't update links.
Is there any way I could "teach" dreamweaver to update them? Or should I use
something else?
