[thelist] Copyright ownership under LGPL

David,

Should you really be posting this type of information to a public list?
Surely these types of things, even if not legally "commercial in confidence"
should be kept between the parties concerned? Whilst you could seek guidance
on the general issues involved, I would be more comfortable if you kept the
specifics to yourself.

In General (not applying to David per se)
I know that I, for one, would be extremely hesitant about negotiating with a
supplier who felt it free to blather about me or post my requests verbatim
to a public list. It smacks of unprofessionalism, and it indicates that the
supplier can not be trusted to keep information confidential.

Cheers
Ken
