If you use the cookie tracking with Webtrends (older versions) that works 
OK. Newer versions I believe use hidden gifs and querystrings for tracking 
versus reading the logs.

Another that does this pretty well (hidden gifs and querystrings) is 
DeepMetrix LiveStats.
