The above statements also are good points to have in one's pocket when
trying to explain to a potential client just why your services are more
appropriate than those of someone who will charge them $100 for a CMS + Db
website (generally speaking, of course). The professional can explain the
benefits of forms vs. the pitfalls of email links, and the like. (Note: this
is not directed towards the original poster... just an observation.)
