[thelist] Win IE 5 problem

Anyone care to suggest a solution for the Win IE 5.0 (not 5.5) problem with
the masthead bulleted items on the top right of this page?

So far all other v5 browsers seem to render that pretty well (even IE 5 Mac,
though there's another issue there due overflow:hidden on the "empower..."
p#tagline).  The site is not yet "live," so any other comments about it
would be welcome too!
