The corporation for which I work uses this tool:

for instant messaging. It runs on our server, it's instant, it's secure and
it works.

On the other hand, it has a LOT of deficiencies, like no Drafts box, no
ability to define extra folders and it has a clunky (IMHO) interface. We use
this as our main means of communication and send e/pop 'letters' constantly.
Is anyone aware of a more robust tool that could do more of the things we
want?
