[thelist] Any reason not to use fieldset tag?

Bingo, that was the question. I rarely see it being used, I was 
wondering if there was some major reason like browser support or 
accessibility that caused designers to bypass this very cool tag.

What I am hearing is that there are no good reasons not to use it. Cool.
