Can anyone point me to a article or tutorial on HTML e-mails?
Im trying to add some design elements into a speacial promotional e-mail
type thing, but i cant seem to get it right. Does anyone know of
anytutorials or links on making HTML e-mails ?

Not sure if you're looking for just HTML, or full multipart MIME.  There's a
good tutorial on MIME email and PHP at Zend:

Some more specific info for the question would get a better answer.
