[thelist] Fullscreen browser in Windows Server 2003 SE

More info -- What we are finding is that in the affected version of IE
(6.0.3790.0) and the affected version of Windows (Server 2003 SE), the
window.open command cannot create a full screen window without a title bar. 

Before google went down this AM, one of my partners in crime was able to
find some info saying that window.open was thought to be a security risk by
MS and was disabled in one of the recent releases of IE. 

Anyone know of any tech articles you can point me to about this mod and/or
when it was introduced? Also, is it IE only or a combination of IE+OS or
IE+OS+SecurityPatch that causes it.
