Yes. Especially when you take it one step further, linux/apache/mysql/php
is, in my mind, definitely associated with the freelance environment and
windows/iis/ms sql server/asp is associated with the corporate world. When
you look at the environments that generally contain php and asp, it is easy
to see why the associate is there.
