I found this free utility excellent to move my email profile to another 
partition when reinstalling my OS. You simply run it and create a backup 
and it saves it with a *.pcv extension. You then run the same utility to 
on your new partition or install, and restore all of your emails, 
filters, addresses, favorites etc. It work with Mozilla, Firefox, 
Thunderbird, and Netscape.
