Yup.  About 3% of my visitors still come from Netscape.  One of them is the
owner of the marketing firm who feeds me most of my work, which means I have
Netscape 7.1 installed.  The only time I fire it up is to view my work to
make sure it's compatable.

It's still very popular among the Anti-Microsoft crowd.
