Hi Tom,

Are you sure you are running on port 80?
Are you sure the port your httpd server is running on is not closed by
firewall software?
Do you get the same error when you telnet to port 80?
If you have recently updated DNS or if you have entries in your host
file which may be conflicting, have you tried using the IP address
directly?

All shots in the dark, but hopefully better than nothing.
