Well, you could find a script that walks the file system, and creates a 
set of links using the paths/title of pages... or you could find a 
script that does it's magic by spidering your site and organizes the 
links in alpha order or some such...

I'm pretty sure I found Perl scripts that did this like 6 or 7 years ago...
