[thelist] what is this CSS hack?

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down what this CSS hack is for. I'm 99% sure its a box model hack, but I'm not
sure which platform it's filtering.  Can anyone shed some light? Tried googling it but I think the
slashes are preventing a good result.
