[thelist] Problem: redirect page won't refresh

Well, now it's working for me too, and I didn't do anything to it, I swear.
In fact, the reason I was so perplexed is that this is how I've been doing
redirects at this site for 1.5 years with no problem, and all I did with
this particular one is restyle the page to fit a new design. I wondered if
going from XHTML transitional to strict had anything to do with it, but
couldn't find anything in Google.
