	I know, I know... But this being the list that it is, I wanted
to make sure that MS technology wasn't being totally ignored if it could
be helpful.  Ken's subsequent explanation was very helpful.

I took the work "option" to mean, requirement limitations, given by
powers that-be.

In my experience, "access" has little to do with "options".
