Unfortunately, there is.
I'm watching exactly that floating on my screen right now and, needless to 
say, am speechless. The problem, I think, is that the road to hell may be 
paved with good intentions indeed: Firefox supports BOTH atrocious tags, 
presumably on  the premise of "Hey, why not?"

Some things should be shot and shot again.
