Mozilla/Firefox and Konquerer are the two biggest browsers, although
there are others out there. As for a USB key drive, research the one
that you get very carefully as not all of them will work with
MandrakeMove.

Bootable CD, or live CD, versions of Linux are the best way for people
who have no experience with the OS to give a try without having to
worry about first installing the operating system on their computer.

They also make for a fabulous way of taking over someones computer.
You walk into a Library or ciber cafe, put in the CD, reboot the
computer and you are sitting in front of linux with full control over
the computer and the programs that you want to use instead of having
to play by the whatever security policy is in place in windows. This
is of course assuming that the computer is able to boot from a CD
first before booting from the hard drive.

They are also great for rescueing dead windows computers.
