[thelist] Merge two Excel databases?

Thanks all for your suggestions! I understand Excel really isn't a 
database but that is what it was being used for at the time. Ultimately 
after cleaning up these two Excel files and then a third one (down the 
road) I'll be importing all of this data into a RDBMS so it'll be much 
easier to keep track of, especially with a simple web based interface.
