yes.

I think this has been proven time and time again. Never assume your user 
has read anything. And if you have to, disclaim liability. That is why 
you see warnings on the bottle of laundry soap: "DO NOT EAT" - soap 
eaters are not going to bother reading that obviously, but if they 
blame you when they start blowing bubbles you have an out.
