So, I'm wondering if no one's paying attention in the "user perception" thread.

Seems to me a user has a perception that Adobe Acrobat is the problem.  That's 
a problem.  Probably for Adobe.  Particularly if it crops up more than once, 
even if some people have only heard of it "for the first time".

Just saying.
