Well it should be possible to create duplicate headers and footers, and then
change the display type for each, i.e. your internet header could be set to
display:none in the print side of the CSS, and vice versa (does that make
any sense?!). That does of course make your page a bit heavier though.

I've done a lot of work on the print side of CSS, and can see it's huge
potential, as well as the other media types. Be nice when a few others get
more support, especially handheld.

<tip>When setting print styles in your CSS, make sure you change any floats
to none or Gecko-based browsers won't render the page correctly.</tip>
